Born 1941. Joseph Shiloah began his acting career in the early 60's, and has since went on to star in over 80 films to his credit, in both Israeli productions and mainstream American films.
He has starred in the Popsicle films, Private Popsicle, Private Manoeuvres and Up Your Anchor. In the late 80's Joseph left Israel to further pursue his acting career. He is married and has three daughters and three grandchildren.
